Fall is here, which means colder weather, and that dreaded 4 letter word(snow) followed by that evil 3 letter word (ice) are not that far off. You can make your winter better by scheduling to have your fall maintenance done on your car. Several things should be checked before winter hits:
You want get your tires checked: they should have enough tread to grip the snow and ice, and should not be cupped, bald, or have outside/ inside tire wear.
Get the battery checked: have a battery test ran and make sure the connections are clean and tight.
Fluids: Antifreeze, oil, power steering, transmission, the list goes on and on, by checking the fluids you make sure there is sufficient fluid in your car, that it will not freeze, and that there are no leaks along the systems which these fluids run.
Brakes: should be checked to make sure they will have the stopping power you need to deal with the ice and snow of winter.
By getting these things checked now, you could keep yourself off the side of road in winter. We would be more than happy to check these things out for you, we want you to be safe on the road.
